Workout:

5 L-Sit Rope Climbs

24 minute partner ladder:
Both run 200 meters together, then:
Partner #1 completes (while partner #2 rests):
3 Burpee
3 Hang Power Snatch (65/95lb)
3 Calorie Row
Then partner #2 completes (while partner #2 rests):
3 Burpee
3 Hang Power Snatch (65/95lb)
3 Calorie Row
Next round: both run 200 meters together, then complete same three movements but 6 reps of each.  Each round begins with a 200 meter run, and the reps increase by 3 each round.
