Uni-lateral

Some solid uni-lateral work here on Sunday.

Workout:

Teams of two complete the following for time: 1,2,3,4,5 reps of 1-leg deadlift and 1-arm KBS (35/53), box jump (24/30), 1-arm DB snatch and overhead lunge (30/45), and box jump again. Then they do a one-legged 1000 meter row as a team. Then 5,4,3,2,1 reps of the above movements using the other side of their body and finish with another 1-legged 1k row.  Partners are at opposite ends of the gym, one side with a kettle bell, the other side with a dumbbell. When they finish a set they switch sides, doing box jumps at the middle of the gym.  They can split the 1k row however they like.
