Cool highlight video of Rich Froning's Crossfit Games career. He is scheduled to compete against 2nd place finisher from last years Crossfit Games Matt Fraser this Thursday night during open announcement 15.1. Rich is doing the open, does that mean he's doing Regionals? And if he's doing Regionals, does that mean he's doing The Games? I sure hope so.
