The Process

We had an amazing weekend with Dave Durante. For those of you who attended the clinic, I'm sure you, like me, were constantly impressed by his athletic skill, but even more importantly by his presentation of information and what he had to say. There were so many things that he said that resonated with me and inspired me. Two in particular were:
"Strength comes in the struggle" and "Take pride in the process".
This is a (hopefully) long journey into fitness that we have all embarked upon together, and I look forward to struggling and progressing with all of you.

Evolution of the Handstand

Dave Durante showing the "evolution of the handstand". He showed all of these variations without coming out of the handstand; just moved from one into the other while talking the entire time. It is an amazing display of control in the handstand and a REALLY COOL party trick.
