7,8,9,10&11AM CLASSES ONLY
Workout:
5 rounds:
First round -
Row sprint (150/200m)
10 bench press (95/145)
10 med-ball cleans (14/20)
10 pass throughs
1 rope climb.
Rest up to 5 minutes before the next round.
Each subsequent round do one less rep of bench, med-ball clean, and pass-through.
Their score is their slowest round time and their fastest time.
