How Gritty Is Your Gusto?

Legless rope climbs, as a lot of you know, are one of the most challenging movements in CrossFit.  They take a lot of courage, commitment and confidence to complete them successfully.  We have some really good legless climbers in the gym.  Here is a photo of Collette about 15 feet off the ground with nothing but one hand attached to the rope!  Now that takes some serious gritty gusto!  Very impressive Collette!
