Josh added the “earthquake” element today.
Doug seemed to have no problem adjusting to the otherwise natural disaster.

Workout:

3 Rounds:
3 minute AMRAP
1 rope climb
6 push press (75/115)
9 medball cleans (14/20)
Then 1 minute rest
1 minute to get 1 prowler push (30m)
1 minute to get 75 double unders
1 minute to get 10 earthquake push ups
1 minute rest
