With A Hint Of Explosiveness

Did those jumping lunges get hard today or what?  It's fascinating how adding a little explosiveness to a movement can make it feel exponentially more difficult.  
Here's Leanna using that explosiveness to move her fast to her next rep.

11am Spike Ball Tourney
2pm Potluck BBQ at The Jouras residence.  

Teams of four.  Two from Central, two from West/Ready.  Partner up with someone from Central, and then we will team you up with a West/Ready partnership.  Of course if we have unequal numbers we can formulate teams other ways, we just want as many people to participate as possible!
