Steph and Rachel working off each other in the 10am.  It's always good to find someone in class to feed off their energy and push yourself.

Workout:

5 Prowler Trips (15 meters up, 15 meters back) to work up to a max

3 rounds:
2 minute AMRAP: calorie row
1 minute rest
2 minute AMRAP: 200 meter run buy-in, shuttle run (15 meter turn-around = 1 rep)
1 minute rest

This is a photo of Melissa receiving the bar in her clean, from this position she rides the bar down nice and controlled into her front squat.  The little lift of her hair tells you she is going down with the bar, absorbing some of its force.
