First Pull

Lauren; set to pull for the snatch DL.
Many of you said that the snatch felt better after doing the snatch DL first. For some it may be that feeling the weight can help prime you for that first pull. For others it looked like you actually drop your hips a bit lower when returning the snatch DL to the ground, setting yourself up in a better position to start the lift. Any other ideas why the doing the DL first helped the Snatch feel better?...

Workout:

Three rounds for time with a partner:
Teams try to complete 100 reps per round. Each round both partners do a max rep attempt at goblet squats (53/70) straight into a max rep attempt kettle bell swing. Then a max rep attempt dumbbell push ups straight into a max rep attempt push press (25/35). If they do not achieve 100 reps as a team for the round each partner does the difference from 100 reps of med-ball sit ups, lunges, and double unders.
