No Problem

Alex with his gymnastic background doesn't seem to have much problem getting into any position in Crossfit.  Here he is looking solid overhead while Adrian knocks out some burpees in todays workout.

3 x Max Effort Strict to Kip Handstand Push Up
*go to failure on strict and then to failure in the kip

2 Rounds: 21 KBS (25/53#) 15 burpees
250 meter row or 200 meter run
2 Rounds: 15 KBS 12 burpees
500 meter row or 400 meter run
2 Rounds: 9 KBS 9 burpees
1K row or 800 meter run
