Romper Room

Josh took his creative workouts to a new level today. A jumpy house obstacle course?! It really brought out the youthfulness in the clientele.

Workout: 

Three full Tabata rounds with two minutes rest between rounds.  Teams of two have four stations to chose movements from: wall balls (14/20), weighted step ups (20/25), weighted sit ups (30), and sumo deadlift high pulls (35/53 kettle bells).  Team members have to use each movement during the twenty second work periods at least once and can't be on the same movement at the same time.  They get a score for each work period equal to the fewest number of reps completed by either of the teammates.
