A big congratulations to Karen Slater who finished the Nike women's half marathon in San Francisco this past weekend!

Like you may have heard recently, we are introducing WODTogether to Central.  It's an incredible software system with a ton of very cool features, and we are very excited to get started.  What we need you all to do is:

1- Go to wodtogether.com

2- Click "create new account"

3- Fill out the info, make sure you type in "Crossfit Santa Cruz Central"

4- Fill in the info on the waiver page
