30 Bar Muscle Up
or
45 Chest To Bar Pull Ups
or
60 Pull Ups
*complete box jumps equivalent to # of pull ups or bar muscle ups left.  Example:
I'm choosing 60 pull ups, my first set i do 10 pull ups, that means I have 50 pull ups left and I have to do 50 box jumps.  My next set I do 10 pull ups, that means I have 40 pull ups left so I have to do 40 box jumps.  My next set I do 5 pull ups, that means I have 35 pull ups left so I have to do 35 box jumps and so on.
