Karen was moving very smooth and together on her hang snatches today.  Here she is during one of those sets.

Workout: 

1 Power Snatch
1 Hang Snatch
2 Overhead Squats
*every 90 seconds for 6 minutes (or 4 rounds) complete 2 sets of the snatch complex
*the next 6 minutes (or 4 rounds) complete 1 set of the snatch complex

4 Rounds:
3 minute AMRAP:
4 Deadlift (Bodyweight)
6 Push Up
8 Lateral Jump
- 1 minute rest -
*score total rounds.  No partial rounds, run like "The Chief."
