Team-Time

Workout: 

Row 6,000 meters as a team of three for time.  Each team has one rowing machine. Individual team members cannot row until they have completed at least one round of: 3 hang cleans (83/135), 5 burpees, and 7 weighted sit ups (20/30).  Athletes are allowed to row 150 meters for every round completed.  They can complete however many rounds consecutively to bank rowable meters.
