The girls were moving in unison, an "inter-synchronicity" if you will.  Isaac here shows us a cool little movement pattern that looks like "intra-synchronicity."

Workout: 

10 minutes to establish a heavy 1 rep clean and jerk
then,
5 Rounds:
60 second AMRAP: Clean and Jerk @ 85% of heavy 1 rep
60 seconds rest
then,
8 minute AMRAP:
4 maneaters (30/40#)
4 shuttle run

Speaking of being in unison, let's all  WODTogether. If you haven't yet signed up for WODTogether PLEASE do so. Even if you don't want to use the software to help track your workouts and other fitness data, we need to be able to track you!
