I often do my best lifting on an interval. I think that a big part of it is that I'm able to get warmed up really well--both physically and neurologically. I also stay more focused on just my lifting, instead of letting myself wander. We've been doing a lot of our lifting, especially Olympic lifting, on intervals. Do you like it? What are the positive and negative aspects of it for you?
