ATK

A lot of us practiced the "above the knee pause" power snatch for the first time today. It was different, and a bit difficult to figure out at first, but a lot of people were saying that it felt "easier" or "better" than the power snatch from the ground. A lot of that came (I think) from people extending through their hips more on the ATK snatch. Here are some shots of Sarah, Kelly and Bill with great hip extension in the ATK snatch.

1 Snatch Grip Deadlift (95#/65#)
1 Power Snatch
1 Hang Power Snatch
2 Back Rack Lunges
