Down The Road

Down the road a bit to West Marine headquarters, there were a few employees who were snatching beautifully today.  Angie was one of those standouts.  Here she is getting some sahweet contact on the bar through the middle.

While we're at it, Angie demonstrates great technique climbing that big West Marine rope.  Notice how she always has her feet at least slightly in front of her, never letting the rope go straight up and down.  The cherry on top is her descent, bringing her hands to her feet and then letting her feet come down without the tension of the foot wrap, in turn not causing any rope burn.
