There's a lot to admire here about Chelsea's clean. One of the things she does beautifully is she keeps her arms straight all the way through her extension and only bends the elbows as she goes down. That is doing a lot for her clean. One of the things it does is it keeps the bar close, easy way to notice that is by watching her shirt. Really nice Chelsea!
