Workout: 

Teams of three
200 meter Prower Push ( 140/180#) / Farmer Carry (35/45#) / Waiter Walk (25/45#)
 *One member to each movement.  The prowler can only move when dumbbells are being carried and plate is being "waiter-walked."  Switch as desired

150 Pull Ups
150 Kettbell Swings
150 Ball Slams

200 meter Prowler /  Farmer Carry / Waiter Walk
