Good Stuff

A lot of good stuff to post tonight.  First off a big shout out to all the Front Squat PRer's today.  I was not fortunate enough to see many of them, but those numbers sure looked impressive on the board.  Saw some 10, 20 and even 30# PR's!  Keep it going people!

Here's a little video of Kari, Annie and Joe knocking out some box jumps.  Some nice jumping and you gotta love that song!

Annie gets in again, with a PR at 225#!  Very impressive.
