"The Silent Assassin"

We were lucky enough to get a visit from 3rd place Games finisher Valerie Voboril, her husband Steve and their daughter Vin this weekend. Obviously Valerie is an amazing athlete; she placed 3rd in 2010, 5th in 2012 and was 3rd again this year (was out in 2011 because she had just given birth to Vin). But what's so impressive about Valerie is how humble and down to earth she is. No bells, no whistles, just hard work and a big beautiful smile.
