Do you change up the way you row or the damper setting when rowing for calories versus meters?
Divide class into groups of three.
Three Rounds -
Each person will be at one of 3 stations: 1).10 reps split jerks (45/65)/15 reps KBS 2).15 reps GHD sit ups/10 reps med-ball cleans (20/30) 3). rower (cal). The rower rows for calories until the other two people in their group complete a sprint relay of two 100m runs each, then complete the couplet they are on. Rest one minute then rotate stations. One round is completed after each person has completed each of the 3 stations. Each person will have their own individual score of total calories rowed over 3 rounds.
