Thanks to everyone who came out today for the "Hotshots 19" memorial workout.  We had a great showing all day, but especially at 9am with 19 participants.  Here's a shot of the 19 9am-er's.

Workout: 

"Hotshots 19"

Six rounds for time of:
30 Squats
135 pound Power clean, 19 reps
7 Strict Pull-ups
Run 400 meters

*We ran it with a 19 minute CAP
