"Hotshots 19"

We are hosting the "Hotshots 19" memorial workout tomorrow for each class, not including the free 10am.  For more info on this great cause and where you can donate, see the link to the right.

Workout: 

3 Rounds: 3 Deadlift right into Max Effort Handstand Push Up - rest
*score deadlift load and total hspu reps
*not for time, complete within 15 minutes

3 Rounds:
2 minute AMRAP: 5 Push Jerk (105/155#) 10 Deadlift
1 minute rest
1 minute AMRAP: Burpee
1 minute rest
*score total reps

***BBQ UPDATE***

We are set to have a Taco Bar at the BBQ! If you'd still like to bring a side, feel free, or if you'd like to contribute 5 to $10 for the Taco Bar, that's great too! Thank you.
