Community

I think that most all of us would agree that while we are drawn to the workout we get from Crossfit, what really keeps us coming back is the community. It is the folks that we get to suffer and celebrate with that get us up early in the morning or coming to the gym even after a long day of work. 
Today was a great day of play with our wonderful CFSCC family. Basketball, Cornhole (how about those boards Josh made??) food and fun. Thank you to everyone who came and made the day so special and of course to Gary, who organized the whole thing.

Here is the second feel good moment of this post. One of the best lines of the short movie (and one we should all live by, I think) is: "I don't know that there's much in life period that I can't do. Just things that I haven't done yet."
