"Kevin"

In memory of Kevin today, we programmed a workout in his name.  It was a partner workout, consisting of a 3RM deadlift and an AMRAP.  
Here are a few shots from 6am.  The first couple show Todd and Kim, Megan and Mallory working together on the bench and box jump.  The next one is of Megan (who was absolutely flying), Flo and Skip during their shuttle runs.  And last but not least, Alan showed up a few minutes early and was made curious about Skips bar.  I couldn't tell you what he was thinking, trying to add the weights up or maybe just standing in awe of how someone could lift that bar.  In any case, it was a cool little moment where he stood pondering over Skips bar.

Partner Workout
12 minutes to establish a 3RM deadlift (one bar)
- 2 minute rest -
3 Rounds:
Running clock - 90 seconds at each movement:
Bench (95/155# - one bar)
Pull Up
Box Jump (20/24in - one box)
Shuttle run (10 meter turn around = 1 rep)
* score total reps, all reps are created equal.
