Here's a little training video from Northern California's best weightlifting gym.

Workout:

With a partner complete 100 pull ups, 100 front squats (83/135), 100 push ups, and 100 KBSs as a team. Reps can be completed in unbroken sets with both partners working at the same time at different movements. The set is ended when one of the partners has to stop their unbroken effort. After the first set both partners must complete 1 burpee before continuing, 2 burpees after the second set, 3 after the third, etc.. The final score is the total number of sets it takes for the teams to complete all of the reps. The workout is not for time but there is a 30 minute cap.
