Simulator

Tim doing a great job working through his push press to jerk complex.  
You usually don't feel awesome before you jerk a heavy clean and jerk, standing up the squat can really suck the life out of you.  Doing a heavy 3 rep push press here, into a jerk, simulated a similar feeling.  You really had to rely on technique and speed to get the jerk.
