Special Day

Today is a special day here at Crossfit Santa Cruz Central, it's Helene's birthday.  I wish you all knew how much work Helene puts into our gym.  Her determination, effort and initiative are big reasons we have this special place to workout in.  
People sometimes are impressed when they hear I own a gym, which is all well and good but I always emphasize the "co" in that ownership.  Without Annie, Jim and of course the woman of the hour Mrs. Bouchard (and her lovely intelligent husband Louis), I would not have the opportunity I do.  So join me in being thankful for our fearless gym mother, Happy Birthday Helene!
