Confidence

Have you ever noticed how much confidence can effect ability? Questioning whether we can accomplish a task often leads to hesitation which often leads to NOT accomplishing the task. On the other hand going into something confidently quite often leads to success.
This morning's box jump overs were a great example of this. Enjoy the gallery of some of the folks that confidently committed to going over.

Partner Workout:

12 minute AMRAP:
Partner A runs any distance between 200-800m while the Partner B does AMRAP of:
2 Rope Climbs
10 Russian KBS (70/53#)
10 Box Jump Overs (24/20")
When Partner A returns from the run, the partners switch and Partner A picks up where Partner B left off on AMRAP.
5 min Rest
12 minute AMRAP:
Similar to the first AMRAP, but this time one partner rows any distance between 250m-750m while the other partner does an AMRAP of:
10 Burpees
20 Box Jumps (24/20")
10 Russian KBS
