Improvements

Flo has made so many improvements since she's been at the gym.  One thing particular has been the depth on her squats.  She has come so far, as have all of her friends at 6am.  Click the photo to see some of the 6am squatters!

New Years Schedule:
- Regular morning schedule on New Years Eve
- 4 and 5pm classes on New Years Eve
- ONLY 9AM ON NEW YEARS DAY

Workout:

3 x 4 Front Squat

7 minutes of burpees
right into 50 pull ups for time (3min cap)
