Workout:

Teams of two begin by completing a buy-in of 6 rope climbs, alternating on one rope.  Once the buy-in is complete they each do a max effort ring row.  Then the teams complete a buy-in of a two hundred meter run while holding a med ball overhead (14/20), earning each of the partners a max distance weighted sled push (145/180#). Next the partners complete a buy-in of 20 shoulder press (63/95), which earns them each a max rep attempt at push press.  Teams continue through this cycle until they have completed 80 reps of ring row, 800 feet of weighted sled push, and 80 reps of push press, for time.
