You Get Out What You Put In

One of the coolest things about Crossfit is that it can be whatever you want it to be.  Meaning, you can have a workout be the hardest training session you've ever had, or if it's just a day to move and maybe recover, you cruise it and the workout isn't uncomfortable at all.  It's whatever you want it to be, you get out what you put in.  Here is Jeremy and Shelby putting in a lot of hard work in what many said was the toughest part of the workout, the rope climbs.

40 Deadlifts (105/155#)
50 Push Up
60 Ball Slam (20/30#)

800 meter run

30 Ball Slam
25 Push Up
20 Deadlifts
