Triple Triplet

Workout:

20 minute partner AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) of the following three triplets:
Triplet #1 - 10 dead hang pull ups, 20 ring rows, and 2 rope climbs, per team.
Triplet #2 - 10 dumbbell bench presses, 20 dips, and 30 push ups.
Triplet #3 - 10 weighted back extensions (15/25), 20 wtd. sit ups (25), and 30 Russian twists (8/10).
Prior to attempting each triplet, teams must complete a 200 meter row, using just arms (no legs or hips) one partner working at a time. Teams rotate through the three triplets until the 20 minutes is up.  Score is total number of rounds completed plus additional reps.
