Can You Hold It??

Tough workout today.  We've really been liking how most of these "hold your number" every minute on the minute types are shaking out.  There's no place to hide in these workouts.  Here is Carmen and Josh going rep for rep on the wall balls.  They held 12's together through all six rounds!
