If The Bars In Your Throat It's In The Right Spot

Making sure you are in the right position has a lot to do with ensuring the bar is in the right spot.  Tamara has a great front squat position here, vertical torso, upper-arms pretty much parallel to the ground, solid lower body position also with weight back and knees out.  Being in this good position ensures that the bar is where it should be, nice and back into the throat resting on the shoulders.
