Here are a few shots from this past week.  Doug in the first one making sure he's getting that full range over the bar, Marshall and Tucker pleasantly holding down the fort in the second shot and then a cool picture of Zacs low-backend during a Saturday cruise/roll around.

Workout:

With a partner row 100 calories then each push the weighted sled three traverses (80 meters each), for time.  Partners can row 10 calories at a time after completing three rounds of 5,10, 15 (Cindy Style) reps of three different movements. They can choose from: pull ups, push ups, squats, wall balls, KBSs, box jumps, double unders, dips, or Ring rows.  After three rounds, athletes can choose three different movements or keep the same ones as the previous round for the next three rounds.
