Step Or Jump?

Annie teaching the step up burpee to the 10am free class.  What form of burpee did you or are you going to use for 14.5?  Step up for jump up?  Similar question for the box jump workouts in the open.  Jumping may be faster, but is that time difference worth the increased energy expenditure in the long run?  It's tough to figure out on paper, so experiment with it!
