1 minute to get 5 Deadlifts
30 second Max Effort Handstand Push Up
30 second rest
*Running clock
12 minute Ladder:
Ball Slam (20/30#): 36-30-24-18-12-6
Toe To Bar: 18-15-12-9-6-3
*The order: 36BS - 18T2B - 30BS - 15T2B and so on. If you reach the set of 3 toe to bar and there is still time left, work your way back up the ladder (have to repeat the round of 6BS and 3 T2B). If you make it all the way back up, you can call that time :)
