For those of you who weren't lucky enough to see the man, the myth, the legend demo his agility course, here is what you missed. I don't know what's more impressive; the time he took to set up the course or his execution.

Workout:

3 rounds with a partner:
1 minute max reps, weighted (med ball) partner box jumps 
rest 15 seconds
45 seconds of max reps alternating box jumps, no weight. Goal to match number of regular box jumps to WTD, lower total is their score
1 minute rest
2 minutes max rope climbs, alternating with partner 
1 minute rest
30 seconds of max reps plyo push ups
10 seconds rest
20 seconds regular push ups. Lowest reps is score
2 minutes rest

3 scores - box jumps, rope climbs, push ups
