Regional Day One!

First day of Regional workouts announced!  Here's the update show with some interesting thoughts about the first three events.

Workout:

3 Rounds:
1 Push Press
Max Front Squat

3 Rounds - running clock:
2 minutes to get 10 sets of: 1 DB Power Clean 1 DB Hang Power Clean 1 Push Press
- 1 minute rest -
3 minutes to get a 500 meter row

After the three rounds (still running clock):
2 minutes to get 10 sets of: 1 DB Power Clean 1 DB Hang Power Clean 1 Push Press
*Score heaviest DB weight, complex has to be completed without putting dumbbells down.

THE GYM WILL BE CLOSED SATURDAY AND SUNDAY NEXT WEEKEND MAY 3RD AND 4TH FOR ALL CLASSES AND PERSONALS.  BUT WORRY NOT WEEKEND WARRIORS, WE HAVE A TRACK DAY PLANNED!  WE WILL BE HOLDING CLASSES AT THE SOQUEL TRACK SATURDAY MORNING, 7, 9 AND 10:30.  THERE WILL BE NO CLASSES ON SUNDAY.
