A few shots from the scorching hot 4pm class tonight.  Miriam shows us a nice wrinkled shirt/set back.  Shelby tries to stay cool for the prowler push (2nd photo) and Shane, Scott and Miriam try to make that never easy prowler trip within the minute.

THE GYM WILL BE CLOSED SATURDAY AND SUNDAY NEXT WEEKEND MAY 3RD AND 4TH FOR ALL CLASSES AND PERSONALS.  BUT WORRY NOT WEEKEND WARRIORS, WE HAVE A TRACK DAY PLANNED!  WE WILL BE HOLDING CLASSES AT THE SOQUEL TRACK SATURDAY MORNING, 7, 9 AND 10:30.  THERE WILL BE NO CLASSES ON SUNDAY.

1st minute: Prowler Push 30 meters (90/180#)
2nd minute: 21 Ball Slam (20/30#)
3rd minute: 15 Box Jumps (20/24in)
