Filthier Fifty

One of the cool things for Crossfitters around the world when watching high level Crossfit competitions is the level of appreciation possible for the performances.  It's no mistake that over 90% (may be a modest estimate) of attendees at these events do Crossfit.  It may be why surfing will never take off as a major sport in this country, there's no way to practice a bottom turn in the midwest.  But you can practice your 3 point shot, go to the batting cage or get a pick-up football game going.  You can now be sure to find a Crossfit gym close by, and who knows, they may even be doing one of the Regional workouts!  Here's Adam, Karen and Doug going through what Chase Ingram dubbed at this years Regionals, "The Filthier Fifty."
