Max It

We rarely do one-rep maxes, but every once in a while it can be a ton of fun, as today was, to see where you're at with a particular movement.  It was cool to see the huge numbers that were being put up today.  You could see a lot of people were pleasantly surprised with the weights they were lifting, maybe not expecting such a high number relative to their from the ground max.  Here's Marcus with a solid 215lb lift.  Did you surprise yourself today with what you lifted from the hang, think your from the ground max has gone up??
