West Marine Strong

Spencer is a strong guy, and with all the training he has been doing it's no surprise he's putting up big numbers.  His heaviest back squat before today was 255lb.  This video is a 275lb high-bar back squat.  He went on to hit 285 and 300lb with no problem.  Nice job Spencer!
