Progressive Overload

We did a 3 x 5 Front Squat a couple weeks back, today we did a 3 x 4 (Cheryl pictured here during one of her sets today), hopefully at a bit heavier weight.  This is called progressive overloading.  Check out this cool article from the NY Times about this very topic (thanks Doug!).
