Fun Time Of Year

Fun time of year with the number of people coming in the gym to workout.  Here is part of the group we had for the free class at 10am, with Annie leading the way.

Workout:

2 rounds: 25 Box Jump 25 KBS
400 meter run
2 rounds: 25 barbell push press 25 ball slam
200 meter run
9-6-3 reps of: dip and handstand push up
200 meter run
2 rounds: 25 sumo-dead high-pull 25 push up
400 meter run
2 rounds: 25 pass thrus 25 medball sit up
