Workout:

Three Rounds: Fight gone bad style timing for four movements with 90 seconds of rest between rounds.
Alternating work with a partner, max reps in 90 seconds of each of the four following movements: Rope lowers, Front Squats (83/135#), Seated Dumbell Shoulder Press (25/35#), and Knees to Elbows. Partners must first run 10 meters for each rep they will attempt (100 m will earn 10 reps).  Partners can run to earn rep attempts at the same time but only one partner can do the current movement at one time. Score is the total number of reps accrued as a team
